Definitely a 10 out of 10.most comfortable bed and pillows of my journey

I was very impressed with what the owners are bringing to this hotel. Still in renovation but my room was beautiful and the staff so friendly. Great view of the harbour from my patio. I want there long to appreciate all they had to offer as I was heading out on the ferry home. Definitely best hotel of my month long holiday. Also shout out to the owners two local women making it happen. Love your styling of the hotel. Felt chic but homey.

Wonderful hotel, great value for your money! Stay here, I have no regrets!

The renovations are done beautifully! The decor is modern and comfortable! The cedar used throughout the hotel smells amazing and fresh. Loved the balcony with the table outside, had my dinner out there and was wonderful being near the beach!

No elevator, but was told they are working on it. Didn't mind walking up the stairs but the steps are a bit narrow and took some getting used to.

This hotel is beautifully renovated. All the comforts exceeded my expectations! The space is beautifully decorated, if you knew the before it was done, you'd be shocked. The check in process is a great plus too, no waiting in line to get a card key, you can use the code they text you! I could go on and on, but, go find out for yourself and book here! You won't be disappointed!

The only downside (but they are working on it) is no elevator, it was ok for me, but some may need this service.

Even with some outside building work, the hotel itself is stunning – modern, spotless, and stylish. Staff were incredible, from great local tips to fixing a TV issue late at night. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again!

Perfect Pre and Post Hike Hotel!

The check in process is super easy with door access code provided right away. The room and bed was super comfortable. The Netflix offered free was a nice touch to chill after hiking the North Coast/Cape Scott trail. Look forward to seeing the hotel full completed. The owners are very accommodating and obviously proud of the conversion of this building in Port Hardy to a hotel. We'll done girls!!

The room is comfortable. Good beds, nice view,very clean. The owners are responsive and very sincere. This place is their dream. It works, but it also needs work.

No elevator, steep narrow stairs. A microwave would be nice, and an ice machine seems like a simple addition.

A good night, clean room and friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, ready to help and cheerful. Delightful story about the local owners looking to upgrade the building and run a successful hotel. Good sushi in the restaurant. Right across the street from the water and an easy walk into the "down town". Room was spacious and bright with a small deck.

Stairs, they say an elevator is coming - but help with luggage was cheerfully offered.

Beautiful views of the ocean from all suites. Walking distance to everything in town. The owners amazing people, so lovely, helpful and friendly. We were in a bit of a pickle and they had our backs all the way!

Die Zimmer sind alle neu gemacht. Vom Zimmer hatten wir sieht auf die Bucht und den Karott Park. Sehr modern innen. Toll 😊

Von aussen sieht es, noch, nach Baustelle aus. Da es sich in Renovation aussen befindet. Aber innen toll 😊. Self Check Inn and out ist Gewöhnung bedürftig.
