A lovely view from our room

When we arrived we read a notice on reception saying that the restaurant and bar had closed down. When we asked about there being no restaurant the receptionist was not forthcoming with other dining suggestions apart from a few places that were a drive away. We explained that we did not have a car. We then asked about the hotel a short walk away and then she made enquiries for us. We were able to get some dinner at the next door hotel (fried food) and had to find out ourselves if we could get breakfast there the following morning which we did. The room was tired. No bottled water in the rooms but we managed to find a shop which sold liquor and water. The receptionist also asked for $200 deposit for any damages! Thankfully it was only one night stay! This hotel is still being advertised with a very good restaurant on your site. We booked this hotel as we thought all our requirements for a one night stay would be catered for. Very disappointing and a very bad experience. At check out next morning, a very pleasant receptionist greeted us when paying our bill. She said that the closed restaurant was a totally separate business and the room rate was still the same.

No A/C but didn’t need it for our stay. Breakfast not included. Charged $200 damage deposit fee on top of the booking and took days to refund the deposit.

The property is located on the harbour with beautiful views from the room. It was wonderful to have a balcony to step out onto to enjoy the views, as it was ever changing. The room was comfortable & clean & we appreciated having a microwave, mini-fridge & coffee machine. The front desk staff were polite, professional & helpful.

view from room of harbour was excellent. Room was comfortable. Very handy for getting ferry early in the morning.

Restaurant was chaotic and the quality of food was poor. The access to the rooms is via external walkways which would not be good in bad weather.

Well since you asked, The bed could have been comfier and the television could have been bigger. And since we're on the topic, you could have charged me less for the room 😭 Jk it was lovely

Nice large, clean room with a lovely view of the harbour. Newly renovated bathroom was lovely and clean.

Great stop to take ferry north!

The staff have always treated us extremely week when we are in town, and the restaurant and bar are always great value.

I was only there for one night, it would have been better to stay an extra night.

The staff were very helpful. Beds were comfy and lots of linens. The view of the ocean, the mountains, the eagles, the seals and the tide coming in and going out was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant that was attached to the inn served great food.

When we booked through booking.com, it stated that we had a kitchenette. The inn did not know anything about this.

Very comfortable and good value for money compared to other places.

Bit out of town and pretty tired in places. Bathrooms could do with refurbishing and restaurant and bar a bit soulless. Most of the staff really nice and helpful.

The restaurants, up and down, were staffed by very friendly servers. The food was not fancy, but had a family restaurant vibe. The hotel is older, but the room was very clean and again, members of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful view of the Bay and marina. The breakfast in attached restaurant was delicious.

Excellent Breakfast & very efficient staff 5 stars to only young lady looking after the restaurant and kitchen staff.

Pretty sure I booked the best suite. Pictures looked different than the room we were given. Booked a 1 bed (queen sized) room. Was given a 2 bed (double) instead.

Pictures should match the rooms advertised.

The rooms were at a good standard

The restaurant service was slow , when it takes nearly an hour to get your drinks order and then the same to get your food, while the service staff mucked around behind the bar. I wouldn’t recommend dining at the restaurant to anyone

Location location location. I always, we always enjoy staff who can laugh and make us feel comfortable.Your staff exceeded our expectations. And yes the food was delicious.
