Good value for money for a short quiet stay.

Host was extremely helpful. Location is quiet and very close to the train station. Pleasant walk to the main part of the town. Clean and provided snacks which were appreciated !

Clean and quiet

Was clean and in a quiet area. 30 mins walk to the centre of the city, busses nearby! Free tea/coffee and fruit for the guests. Definitely would stay there again.

Wonderful apartment, would certainly stay again

Wonderful apartment, has everything you need. Very easy journey in to central Verona either by bus or walking. Good cooking facilities if you wanted to save money. Gated parking. The balcony was lovely and the washing machine was a big plus as we were on a long trip. The host Mila was lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Also very nice touches as the apartment was decorated for autumn and Halloween at the time of our stay.

The shower was a little on the smaller side and did mean the bathroom floor got a little wet.

Really very GOOD!!

The lady who manages the house is so kind and nice!!!!! I wanna give her a perfect 300%. She's right next door, so its very convenient. Very clean,they also provide free food and water for breakfast. 👍👍👍👍 The small apartment is perfect for two people, with plenty of privacy, very comfortable, and the wooden balcony door is beautiful. 絕世好房，性價比很高，員工人很好

The only problem is that the shower doesn't have a safety door, so water will be out. If you're coming home late from the opera, you'll have to walk for more than ten minutes. But that doesn't affect the house is really worth the price!

Buona posizione, ottimo prezzo, ottima accoglienza.

casa pulita, facile da raggiungere e vicina al centro anche con una breve passeggiata, dotata di tutto. I proprietari fanno trovare anche tutto il necessario per una piccola colazione al mattino.

il parcheggio è all'interno di uno spazio condominiale ma non c'è un posto riservato, tornando alla sera abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare uno sazio dove lasciare l'auto che non desse fastidio ad altri condomini.

"Nuestro perfecto apartamento de Verona"

El apartamento no podría ser mejor. Si en las fotos sale bien, es incluso mejor de lo esperado. Para empezar está literalmente a 2 minutos andando de la estación de tren Porta Vescovo, lo cual era un lujo para enlazar e ir a visitar otras ciudades. Luego, bien es cierto que está a 30 minutos andando del centro histórico de la ciudad pero es un paseo súper ameno, bien iluminado y agradable en una zona residencial con todo tipo de tiendas. El apartamento está en una urbanización con aparcamiento privado (el cual no hicimos uso porque íbamos sin coche). Y ya una vez dentro del apartamento... es que sin palabras. ES PERFECTO. Tiene todo lo necesario, una terraza inmensa con vistas a las vías del tren, un salón con la cocina la cual está equipada con todo, calefacción, aire, un baño perfecto al cual le han puesto las puertas a la ducha y una habitación súper cómoda con un pedazo de armario y televisión. Asimismo el apartamento no podía estar más limpio, y la anfitriona nos dejó unos detalles para mejorar aún más nuestra estancia. Referente a la anfitriona, Mila, destacar su inmensa generosidad y amabilidad; desde que estaba organizando el viaje respondía a los mensajes al segundo resolviendo todas las dudas posibles y encima, nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del check-in e incluso maquillarme mientras ella terminaba de limpiar para dejar el piso reluciente para nuestra llegada: les estamos tremendamente agradecidos. Por último, mencionar el precio el cual es INCREÍBLE para todo lo que ofrece y lo precioso que es. Es que sin palabras. A pesar de haber estado muy poquito tiempo porque aprovechamos el día que teníamos para recorrer la ciudad, nos sentimos como en casa y sin duda si volvemos a Verona volveremos a "nuestro apartamento de Verona". Gracias Mila por todo 💛

Tornerei volentieri!

Appartamentino situato fuori dal centro di Verona ma perfetto per i miei spostamenti. Bilocale con cucina con tutti i servizi necessari, comodo anche per fare colazione o mangiare a casa se non si ha voglia di uscire sempre. Parcheggio in loco. Si trova al primo piano e il balcone guarda sulla stazione ma non c'e' particolare rumore, e' anche abbastanza romantico guardare i treni passare :) Accoglienza e pacchetto accoglienza inaspettato e davvero gradito.

La doccia chiude un pochino male quindi ho dovuto sempre fare attenzione per non bagnare il bagno. Potresti togliere un pochino di oggetti di arredamento perche' la camera e' bella cosi' come e' e guadagnare un pochino di spazio su comodini e superfici d'appoggio.

Udobno stanovanje za dve osebi, čisto, prijazni in ustrežljivi skrbniki, parkirišče znotraj zaprtega dvorišča. Bližina avtobusne postaje. Tudi peš je do centra lep sprehod.

Stanovanje je precej hladno, smo si pomagali s klimo, ko je bilo potrebno.

No era lo que esperábamos

La anfitriona nos permitió dejar la maleta después del check out

-Muy alejada del centro: 35 o 40 minutos andando -El piso olía a tabaco muchísimo, cada segundo dentro olía y al entrar el olor era muy, muy fuerte. -Las ventanas no cerraban bien y entraba muchísimo frío. Además la anfitriona te decía que debías apagar la calefacción siempre que no estuvieras, por lo que la casa estaba siempre congelada. -La mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien, por lo que la casa se llenaba de agua entera a ducharte. -Las toallas olían fatal, a frito, por haberlas secado cerca de donde se cocinaba. -No había nada de lo que aparece en las fotos: ni fruta ni chocolate ni nada. Solamente dos botellas de medio litro de agua y dos croasanes envasados de supermercado.

I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili. La possibilità di avere un posto auto interno alla struttura. La camera era accohliente e con tutti I confort (riscaldamento, TV, wi -fi, lavatrice ecc).

Se dovessi indicare una cosa negativa è la vicinanza alle rotaie dei treni, ma non ha inciso sulla qualità del soggiorno.

L'amfitriona va estar molt pendent de nosaltres fins a la nostra arribada. Ens va deixar alguna cosa preparada per a esmorzar.

Apartamento súper acogedor

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Mila fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es súper acogedor y cada detalle está pensado para hacer sentir a los huéspedes como en casa. Mila es increíblemente detallista: había un difusor con un aroma delicioso que llenaba el espacio, juguitos, chocolates y croissants de bienvenida que hicieron nuestra llegada aún más especial. El apartamento tiene un estilo muy italiano y auténtico, lo que nos hizo sentir parte de la ciudad desde el primer momento. Todo estaba impecable, cómodo y lleno de toques que demostraban el cariño con el que está preparado.

Top locatie voor de prijs!

Privé parkeerplaats bij aankomst. We werden gastvrij ontvangen en je kon echt zien dat onze gastvrouw haar best had gedaan om ons te ontvangen! Engels praten was geen probleem en de honden waren net zo welkom als dat wij waren. Ondanks dat je uitzicht hebt op het spoor heb je geen last van lawaai. We wandelende zo met de honden naar het centrum in een half uurtje en passeerde hierbij ook nog dichtbij de accommodatie een goede ijssalon. Alvast smakelijk mensen;)
