Could be better with some attention

spacious, open plan, good water pressure

not clean, needs a deep cleaning, cobwebs above dining table; bed okay, but metal base squeaky/noisy; apt bit worn, pics not current; closet doors problem, clothes hangers minimal, had to buy own; pots/pans all scratched/worn surfaces except one, so basic meals not possible; he offered to replace when told at checkout, but obviously not monitoring state of property; listing states drying rack for clothing, so when asked he said to check the two lines outside BR2 window, not a solution on 3rd floor.

Well equipped apartment. Washing machine a bonus. Excellent Wi-Fi

Aircon was not effective. Would have been better to provide fans in bedrooms. It is a long way from the city centre. Good 30 minutes walk or bus trips there and back.

It was clean and nice place to stay if you can manage all the steps to the top floor in hot weather.

this is a beautiful apartment in a nice neighborhood. super clean with a comfortable bed and couches and cute lil terrace to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. loved having a full kitchen especially with a supermarket so close by (3 minute walk) and a washer in the unit is a huge plus.

Big apartment

It is a cheat to add the cleaning not to the price, but make it separate. Because booking shows this apartment nevertheless it’s total price much more higher than I put with the filter. The owner of the flat knows this and uses it. By the way, cleaning costs 30 euro, but the apartment was dirty. So it is just a kind of robbery.

Nice and clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Laundry machine. Street parking available. Good wifi speed. Easy self check in.

There is only one AC unit in the living room. It took almost half a day to cool down the whole apartment (no additional AC units in bedrooms).

Bad experience

We booked for 3 people, but the other bed is not prepared on the day we arrive. There’s even no clean linens for us to make the bed by ourselves. and the host didn’t care his guest can sleep or not. The floor they didn’t mop, because our daughter walking with socks, it became dirty. They only left half of the toilet paper in the bathroom. We don’t recommend this place.

Spazioso, luminoso, tranquillo e tutto nuovo e funzionale

Appartamento molto spazioso e ristrutturato a nuovo, luminoso e tranquillo, letto comodissimo. C'è un Conad city vicinissimo per la spesa, e anche un ufficio postale. Cucina super accessoriata e funzionale, pulizia al top. Bagno comodo e ampio, camera da letto molto ampia. Ottimo appartamento anche come base e punto di partenza per escursioni in bici da corsa sulle zone vicine.

Ambiente caldo, divano e letto molto comodi, l’appartamento è abbastanza grande. Luminoso. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza del caffè. Il proprietario è gentile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste.

I 4 piani senza ascensore, e il non avere sacchetti dove buttare la spazzatura…ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con i sacchetti che avevamo noi in macchina…

Nos gustó todo! Quedamos encantados con el depto. Amplio. Ambientes cómodos. Luminosos. Todo impecable! Y de muy buen gusto.

Sehr sauber, funktional und gut ausgestattet. Anbindung an die Innenstadt und an den Hauptbahnhof sind mit dem Bus sehr gut. Geräumige Wohnküche, gut zum Kochen.
