Prenotato appartamento per i miei genitori che venivano a trovarmi a Verona. Appartamento pulito e rimodernato, comodo e confortevole. Riscaldamento autonomo regolabile(fantastico in quanto non soggetto alla limitazioni condominiali imposte dal comune). Cucina ben attrezzata con stoviglie, pentolame e cio che serve per cucinare. A detta del miei genitori anziani,letto e cuscini comodi. Presenza di ascensore e apertura portone esterno e porta interna attraverso cellulare, cosa secondo me comoda ma non tutti potrebbero pensarla così. A me interessava che l'appartamento fosse vicino a casa mia ma per altri ospiti posso dire che è a una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro storico o in alternativa a pochi minuti di bus che passano (tutti) a un centinaio di m dall' appartamento.
Totale assenza di comunicazione con l'host, cui ho scritto più volte, per delle domande,prima del soggiorno e una volta durante il soggiorno senza mai avere risposta. Viaggio molto e non mi era mai capitato prima! A parer mio questa è una nota molto negativaI negativa perché mette incertezza e insicurezza. In casa abbiamo trovato anche delle chiavi ma nessuna andava bene per la serratura dell'appartamento e quindi non le abbiamo usate. Nessun problema perché i miei genitori di 80 anni, che non son tecnologici,hanno avuto la mia assistenza ma in mia assenza avrebbero avuto difficoltà. Se si arriva con l'auto è molto difficile trovare parcheggio con rischio multe (ne ho preso una) se si mette l'auto non come si deve. Manca il tostapane. Gli elettrodomestici sono tutti a presa tedesca. C'è un adattatore ma non serve perché è da 16 ampere invece che da 10 (quindi non compatibile con le prese italiane). Sotto il televisore è comunque presente una ciabatta che può essere staccata da lì e spostata dove potrebbe occorrere

Не харесвам новата система с кодове, предпочитам живия контакт с домакина. Имаше малко неуредица с парното, което работеше при външна температура 30 градуса, но я отстранихме

the toilet seat was broken, I called the manager and followed up again but they never came to fix it. The property is also quite a ways out of town
