I find it hard to believe that this thoroughly outdated and profoundly depressing property has such a high overall rating on this website. The apartment we were allocated was nothing like the pictures. Without exaggeration everything looked like it was from the 70s. We didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay. We reported this to two different staff members who couldn’t have been less interested in this. Rather, our reporting of the issue seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. Poor location in a not particularly nice part of town. Inconvenient access to the old town. Very overpriced for what it is; it’s clearly capitalising on Verona not being equipped for the amount of tourism it attracts. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your time in Verona!

The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again.

Very disappointed. For over 300 Euros, we got a tiny apartment for one night with all the charm of the Warsaw Pact along a busy and charmless street beside a rail yard. It is not a hotel but a short-term residence, which was not sufficiently clear in the listing. The property is dingy though the front desk was friendly enough. Would not, under any circumstances, recommend.

Fantastic service. Stayed with family for just a night. Although it is a tad expensive, it is worth every penny. Just a 20 minute walk to the colosseum and Verona centre.

We were in Verona to see an opera: the flat was large and the accommodation simple but adequate. The positive points were: roomy flat, a washing machine in the bathroom (we didn’t use it) a 20/25 minute walk to the centre (you may want to get a bus in the Summer heat) a supermarket 5 minutes away, quick check-in, pleasant staff and free parking. On the negative side, the shower cubicle in our flat needs to be updated (on the small side + the water from the shower head was going over the closed cubicle) There is a kitchen but if you plan to use it, bring washing-up liquid, kitchen rolls, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, etc.,, You won’t find them in the flat.

Just as it says a quiet neighborhood close to town with several bus routes passing by or walk 300 metres to get a load more going into town. The reception staff were great & very helpful overall a delight to stay at

Arrived at the property an hour early for check in and reception was able to check us in straight away, very convenient because we had an early flight and was very tired so we got to rest before exploring Verona. They showed us our way around Verona and was very helpful with any concerns that we had. Station is only 10mins walk which was great because we got to go to Venice as well during our stay. Overall great place and would highly recommend!

Was a good hotel. Was a 40 minute walk from the main sites of Verona and there is an Aldi right next to the hotel. The bathroom smelled like urine. Besides that was good.

Check-in was hassle free, welcoming and informative about the city sights to see and how to get to them. Room was upgraded free of charge. Free parking, which there was ample of, plus we were allowed to leave our vehicle after checkout to allow us to further explore the city. City was a bus ride away and easy to get to. Rooms were clean and spacious with all the facilities we required. Beds were comfortable. Best endorsement is that we would stay here again.
