Great location close to the train station, a few nice restaurants nearby and only a 20 minute walk into the centre!
Everything was great but maybe an outside light so you ca see when entering the hotel door!

The location is quite convenient, the room is mostly clean. Check-in is OK because you get the instructions how to get to the key and don't need to wait for anybody. There is tea and coffee available.
The information about the key arrived on the day of arrival, I'm not always online on the day of travel so that was a bit inconvenient. The room is in the suterrain of the villa so it does not get too much sun. Also, part of the ceiling looked moldy (and there was a dehumidifier and a weird room "air freshener" in service that I did not know how to turn off (or if I could turn it off and not make the air too wet).

Ottima posizione: arena raggiungibile in poco più di 20 minuti a piedi. Non vivendo sul luogo, il proprietario ci ha fornito via Whatsapp le indicazioni necessarie per ottenere la chiave, rispondendo in maniera molto rapida. La camera era dotata di cialde per il caffè e di vari cioccolatini e biscotti.
Stanno facendo dei lavori alla facciata: l'edificio era un cantiere, e questo non era segnalato da nessuna parte. La camera non era caldissima, era un po' impolverata, e sul piumone c'erano delle macchie date dal tempo. Avevamo chiesto il parcheggio e il proprietario, per una svista, non ci ha dato informazioni a riguardo. Quando abbiamo provato a contattarlo telefonicamente, una volta raggiunto il posto, non abbiamo ottenuto risposta. Provando a contattarlo via Whatsapp, abbiamo però risolto molto rapidamente.
