Everything was very fine and good.
Unfortunately, our first night there was other guests disturbing with 'couple noise'. The rooms are not sound proof (has not to be) so you can imagine the disrespect. Not fault of the owner. A lack of education of the guests.

Very good value for money. Hotel is a 5-10 min walk to city centre but at a significantly cheaper price than if in that area.
Large room, good breakfast options, tea and coffee facilities available all day.
Near some very nice restaurants.
Difficult to tell in fridge whether items were for all guests or personal items.
Everything else was fine.

The owner is very kind. The breakfast had lot of choices
The rooms (at least the one I stayed) need significant updates! The squeak of the bed drove me crazy…it was a nightmare. The bathroom needs significant renovation as well! Not impressed at all by the room.
