This was an absolutely stunning property! The stay at this villa was a highlight of our stay in Italy. The historic home was filled with charm, amazing artistic details, and perfectly decorated. The breakfast buffet was filled with such a wonderful variety. The hosts are welcoming and showed such care. If you’re traveling in or near Verona, this is a MUST stay!

Unique, historic property, lovingly restored by owners who have spent a fortune renovating original frescoes and filling the mansion with wonderful antique furniture. Rooms are huge, immaculately presented, and hosts are genuine, friendly couple with an astonishing story to tell about their project. It’s worth staying there just for that.
Location is undeniably an issue. Ideally you need a car - otherwise it’s a full 40 minute trek to the old town, some parts along main roads. The area itself is fine with local restaurants and bars nearby - but it’s not like staying in the heart of magnificent Verona. Breakfasts were good but limited choice.

Exceptionally beautifully restored villa, fine breakfast and very nice owners .
Some difficulties in communications and 30 min walk to the center. A service by car would be pleasant and more information of history of the mansion would be interesting
