Casa Babbuino

The room looks exactly like the photos: spacious, distinctive, and clearly furnished with a lot of thought and care. The manager, who I understood to be the owner herself, was very responsive on WhatsApp and provided detailed, helpful information in a very friendly manner. For checkout, we simply had to leave the key cards in a designated box, which was especially convenient for an early departure.

The biggest inconvenience, and something I feel is important to warn other potential guests about, is the lack of an elevator. We were travelling with a small child and had one large, quite heavy suitcase for the three of us. Carrying it up the stairs — and then back down again when we left — was genuinely exhausting. The second drawback is the lack of a proper breakfast option. The aparthotel does have an arrangement with a nearby café, but having breakfast available directly at the hotel is invaluable when travelling, as it saves time spent looking for somewhere to eat, waiting for a table, and then waiting to be served.

The 2 staff Balerie e co were brilliant. Want a fantastic welcome and so helpful through the stay.

Air con by the door, so didn't blow a across the bed.

Camera ampia, pulitissima, letto comodo, staff accogliente. La comunicazione per il check in è stata semplice e chiara.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dimostrate dal personale, unite all'originalità che caratterizzano la struttura, rappresentano senza dubbio i suoi punti di forza più apprezzabili!
