Did enjoy our stay and in saying that it is a budget motel. We were also in town during the Grand Prix weekend

Location was great. It was easy to get on the bus and sight see. Close to shopping centres and food outlets. About a 20 minute walk to reach the walkway around the waters edge. 30mins to swimming beach. Staff were really helpful. They allowed us to leave our suitcases on sign out day so we could sight see before going to bus stop to catch bus to Dubai.

Tv didn’t work. Bathroom shower head was a bit dodgy. No breakfast available but there are plenty of level B restaurants within close walking distance from motel.

I don’t even know where to begin because this hotel was an absolute disaster from the moment I walked in. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in my life, especially from a staff member named Raees, who acted like helping guests was the biggest inconvenience on earth. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Every question I asked was met with attitude, eye-rolling, or straight-up ignoring me. I’ve never seen someone go out of their way to make a guest feel unwelcome — but he managed. And let’s talk about the cleanliness, because clearly this hotel has never heard of it. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. Dust everywhere, questionable stains on the bedding, the bathroom didn’t look sanitised, and the whole place had a smell that made me want to check out immediately. The hallway carpets were dirty, the elevator looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in weeks, and the overall vibe was grimy and neglected. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Between the disgusting lack of cleanliness and the absolutely shocking customer service from Raees, this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Save your money, your sanity, and your time — go literally anywhere else.
