Le Cloître du Palais - Studio

très efficace et très sympa

Ce logement est bien situé à quelques minutes du Palais des Papes. Il y a la Clim mais malgré la vague de chaleur je n’ai pas eu trop chaud et m’en suis donc très peu servie. Il est bien équipé pour une ou deux personnes et pour quelques jours. L’hôte a été réactive quand j’ai eu besoin.

Mise à part un petit problème internet mais j’ai alerté les hôtes, rien ne m’a gêné

The location is perfect. Very central and close to many restaurants and places of interest. The studio is very small, but stylishly presented.

There were only two small, uncomfortable pillows, the bottom sheet on the bed was a horrid grey dirty dishwater colour and cheap fabric. There was no cover on the duvet. The towels were small and of poor quality. The fridge door is broken and the ice box is frozen shut. Whilst the need of a large good housekeeping deposit was in the description of the flat, I booked it so long before our stay that I had forgotten about it. On the day of our stay, when I chased for access details, I was aggressively asked for euros 500 before I would be given a code. I found this unsatisfactory. The deposit should be taken at the time of final payment, which would avoid an unpleasant last minute scramble.
