The apparent is spacious, bright and most amazingly it has a window in the roof. Kitchen is small but provides everything that is needed. The bed is on the second floor, with I absolutely adore. Great location. They have Netflix.
Property was dusty when I moved in, big time.
Towel dryer and washing machine did not work.
I work remotely and there was no comfortable chair to seat, with the back.
Apartment is located almost above the spot bar, and can get busy at nights. It did not bother me, bc I worked at that time. But might be an issue for the light sleepers.
Bed sheets needs to be updated too.

Studio assez compact mais avec une impression d'espace du fait de la configuration loft. Localisation très centrale à Avignon (15 min à pied depuis la gare), pratique pour visiter la ville, et facile à trouver. Cusine bien équipée. SdB assez petite mais suffisante. Communication aisée avec les propriétaires. Literie confortable. L'éclairage crée une ambiance cosy le soir: Un grand plus: des rideaux parfaitement occultants - idéal pour ne pas être réveillé trop tôt!
Les parties communes (entrée et escalier) de l'immeuble sont un peu vieillottes.

Excellent location. The apartment was very clean and has everything to cook and be comfortable. The parking is quite tricky if you don’t understand French. The neighborhood had a lot of activity during the night.
A bit expensive in general, but it’s a great option if you go by car and want to see Avignon.
