Beautiful apartment Bordeaux Tram D Croix de Seguey

Appartement spacieux situé dans un quartier tranquille et à côté d'un grand parc. On a pu y entrer 1h plus tôt ce qui nous a permis de mieux nous organiser.

Pas très propre (notamment les sols et les miroirs). Problèmes de fuites dans la salle d'eau (chasse d'eau et paume de douche). Ustensiles limités dans la cuisine ; nous n'étions finalement que 2 dans le logement, mais à 3 ou 4 on aurait vite été limités par la taille des casseroles/poêles.

Large spacious bright apartment, with several shelving units for storage convenience. Great quiet location on the edge of the hustle and bustle of the tourist area.

This really could be a ‘10’ property but there were a couple factors that I couldn’t overlook. First, check-in time is 17:00 ‘unless prior arrangements’ were made. I requested this when booking, and again closer to arrival but the host wouldn’t budge. I understand hosts need cleaning time but… 17:00 is rather late. That said, although the unit smelled fresh upon arrival, there were large cobwebs, dust and dirty baseboards in the bathroom. Not filth, but work needs to be done to warrant the 10 most hosts strive for. A couple other minor annoyances…no dishwashing liquid, which the host suggested I purchase and he’d reimburse, or use the dishwasher, which the unit doesn’t have. Also, shared the only clothes closet with an unorganized heap of mops and cleaning supplies. One other note, host originally recommended a parking garage a LONG 20 minute walk from the apartment, but we found the MetPark Beaujon to be much closer and secure. Apologies to the host for my criticism, however I share reviews to help other travelers make informed decisions. I also shared this information with the host directly…this unit could easily be a 10 property.

Le logement était conforme au descriptif, l’arrivée facilité par les instructions communiquées par Matthieu. Le logement était également très propre. Je recommande vivement ce logement, merci pour votre accueil.
