O alojamento é muito espaçoso e as camas confortáveis. Está bem localizado, sendo possível ir a pé até ao centro, sendo que a estação do elétrico mais próxima fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé. O apartamento possui uma casa de banho no piso inferior e três casas de banho no piso superior, sendo que apenas uma possui sanita e as outras duas lavatórios e banheira. Um dos quartos é suite. O Wi-Fi funciona bem. A casa é antiga, não sendo totalmente visível nas fotografias, no entanto isso não influencia a estadia. Dada a quantidade de escadas, o alojamento não é aconselhado a pessoas com pouca mobilidade.
A limpeza e arrumação podiam ser melhoradas, existam tomadas elétricas e lâmpadas que não funcionavam. O chuveiro tinha pouca pressão de água.
