Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit weitläufigem Wohn-/ Esszimmer, gute Lage direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie, trotzdem nachts ruhig gelegene Schlafzimmer, nahe zu der Cité du vin, leckeren Restaurants und nahe den schönen Vierteln Chartrons und St.Pierre
Eine Toilette funktionierte nicht richtig, ebenso war die Tür zum Innenhof in einem der Schlafzimmer nicht abschließbar und die Bäder sind sehr klein. Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt aber kein Problem. Von dem darunter liegenden Skaterladen ist die Geräuschkulisse tagsüber groß. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung technisch etwas veraltet

Eva, who manages the property, was great - very helpful. Great location - I would recommend staying in this area rather than in central Bordeaux. The tram station is directly opposite the road, so very convenient
The 2 single bed rooms are directly above a skateboard shop, so v noisy during their store opening hours. You won’t be able to take a nap during the day. Also the WiFi doesn’t extend to these bedrooms Cupboards awkward to open & close especially in the kitchen - could do with a refurbishing. Aircon in the 3 bedrooms would have been great as it was v hot

Todo. La ubicación es inmejorable y la casa es preciosa.
Por sacar una pequeña pega, quizás, la falta de intimidad de la habitación que está escaleras arriba.
