Le logement était super propre, il n’y avait rien à dire là dessus. Tout le mobilier était soigné, ce fut très agréable. Et le lit très confortable !

Great location with supermarket just across the road. Quiet area but very close to shops and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen.

Fan/ ac unit listed as a part of the equipment/miscellaneous wasn’t working. It was an old dusty cheap fan that did not do much. Washing machine in place was good but the door could not open more than barely to squeeze your hand through as it was poorly placed by the toilet and did not allow enough space for the door to open enough. Lightbulb in the bathroom was broken, shower head was mouldy. And we had to wash the pillows on the sofa bed first thing we arrived because they were dirty from we are guessing make up?? Although I have to say that after message to the owners/ Guest Ready Team they were happy to communicate with us and replace the fan. Shame is that this only happen on Wednesday afternoon when we already spent two days in 40degree heat without any AC or fan and had to ask our family in Bordeaux to help us to get one so we can get some sleep. Also, when the team replaced the fan, they opened the window which is directly on the street and anyone could come in. We were out for lunch at that time and left all our belongings including passports and jewellery in the apartment. It was really irresponsible and we were only lucky nobody helped themselves in. We were really surprised to find out this when we got back as we are travelling at the moment and this would cause us a great deal of trouble.
