Belle localisation avec l'arrêt de tram en face. Bien isolé contre la canicule. Logement bien équipée
Pas suffisamment spacieuse pour une famille de 5. Le salon semble étouffé. Un peu de moustiques. Ne pas laisser ouverte trop longtemps la porte en derrière. Un ventilateur additionnel sera mieux quand s'installer à la fois dans la chambre et dans le salon. La placement de la toilette n'est pas idéal pour la vie privée dans la chambre. La sèche-linge ne sèche pas complément. À utiliser la sécheresse en plus, mais attention à la pluie.
