Enjoy a superb stay in this bright, beautiful 65 m² flat on the banks of the Quais de Queyries. Located on the 2nd floor (accessible by lift) of a recent residence, Le Darwin offers you a lovely equipped terrace and a private parking space (300 m away).

Just 15 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, the friendly and very pleasant Darwin is ideal for your business or tourist trips of more than 30 days.
It offers you every comfort in an exceptional setting, with a chic, bohemian feel, for an unforgettable stay.
To rent this flat, the minimum stay is 1 month. It is intended for people on work transfers, training courses, apprenticeships or internships. It is eligible for the mobility lease and the secondary residence lease (1 to 10 months maximum). Please contact us so that we can help you with your application.
The Darwin is composed as follows:
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a comfortable lounge area featuring a sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV, opening onto the terrace.
- A large, convivial dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
- A large bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers
- A double bedroom with a King size bed (180x200 cm) with a cupboard and access to the terrace
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- Beautiful terrace with deckchair and table with chairs for meals
For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Quality sheets, towels and tea towels, as well as a few coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil...... are provided and your bed is made on arrival. For optimum comfort....
Of course, Wi-Fi is accessible and free!
To comply with the law, your booking will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease).
To do this, we will need some additional information (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
