TV channels didn’t work

Well equipped apartment, albeit quite a small space. The host communicated ahead of time, with clear and helpful instructions.

Quite noisy being on a main road and could hear neighbouring apartments.

Appreciated the small sachets of milk left in the fridge. The kitchen had most that we needed except for a vegetable knife. The shower was good. The studio apartment was modern and exceedingly clean. Ideally located, just a short distance from the Worcester town centre and not far to travel to RHS Malvern showground.

Unfortunately our studio apartment (No. 4) was located up a narrow, winding and steep staircase on the first floor which was unsuitable for us as we are both retired. It was too difficult to bring up a small suitcase. The step down from the bedroom to the kitchen was a hazard. The pillows would disappear down the bed frame. My husband found the bed frame sticked out and on my side of the bed the dressing table had a point to it and was very close to the bed which meant that I hurt my arm getting up. Some traffic noise.
