De inrichting is vrolijk en modern. Het appartement is heel ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken.
De directe omgeving van het appartement is wat rommelig en voelt niet altijd veilig aan. De portiek van het appartment is vuil en afgetrapt. Omdat het appartement op de begane grond zit en aan de achterkant uitkomt op een binnenplaats, is het moeilijk om op een veilige manier een raam open te zetten 's nachts.

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut.
Die Unterkunft ist wesentlich dunkler als es die Bilder erahnen lassen. Das Schlafzimmer ist kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Leider ist es schon sehr abgewohnt und manche Dinge sind sichtbar kaputt. Es war stellenweise nicht wirklich sauber. Durch all die Punkte und die andere bildliche Darstellung waren wir am Ende etwas enttäuscht und hätten uns mehr von der Unterkunft erhofft. Die Gegend und selbst der Hausflur ist sehr dreckig und es wird vor Drogen und Junkies gewarnt.
