Great location and facilities for a short stay in Berlin

Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön hergerichtet. Lage ist super.

Direkt an der Straße, für 2 Zimmer etwas laut. Es war wirklich dreckig im Bad. Jede Couch hatte große Flecken. Das kann man auf jedenfall reinigen. Die Ausstattung für eine Nacht hat gereicht. Für mehrere Tage bezweifel ich das

The apartment is situated on ground floor and does not seem to be adjacent to any other apartments (there is an entrance hall to the inner building courtyard on one side, not sure for the other, front/back looks on the inner courtyard and the street). It was very quiet, we could sleep out. The three bedrooms are well separated and allow a lot of privacy. There are good options to get a snack or buy something to drink in the vicinity. The apartment is a 15-min walking distance to the nearest metro station and walking distance to the popular night clubs in the area. The communication with the host was excellent.

The apartment does not have a proper living room, we hanged in one of the bedrooms when we were not outside on sightseeing or enjoying Berlin otherwise (which was most of the time anyway). The kitchen is very small and has no table - not suitable for having meals inside (which we also didn't plan anyway). The check out time at 11.00 is excellent. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided, we had to restock,

Fine, just the front door lock wiggles whenever it opens or closes, doesn't seem very sturdy.

It wasn’t great, but passable. There was no common area to hang out, just three rooms, a bathroom and very narrow kitchen. Some Furniture was stained, and much of the silverware was not really clean. There was no aesthetic style to the place, just functional. A couple other minor details: The trash can in the kitchen had a bag way too small for the can, rather awkward, and the front bedroom has random neighborhood people sit in the windowsill outside talking to each other for hours, which is rather distracting inside.
