Spacious 2-Bedroom in the Heart of Friedrichshain

Excelente ubicación, bonito, espacioso y cómodo. Todo funcionó perfecto y la comunicación por chat con Arbio fue muy eficiente. Las camas eran muy buenas y la entrada por el dormitorio no significó ningún problema para nosotros, ya que la calle es muy tranquila.

La localisation du logement pour visiter la ville, proximité du metro et des lieux de vie, l'autonomie pour l'accès au logement, la réactivité des hôtes pour les problématiques rencontrées, la propriété de l'appartement, la literie de qualité.

L'agencement particulier de l'une des chambres (l'entrée principale est dans la chambre) mais qui était visible dans les photos donc pas de surprise

We enjoy the location and space to be in family.

The kichen it's a little small regarding with rest of te house. And we didn't like the main entrace to be through the bedroom.

The apartment itself was great, spacious and comfortable for our group. In the end, the sleeping arrangements worked well, and the place was overall very nice. If I were rating only the apartment, I would give it around an 8/10.

The communication before arrival was very confusing and contradictory, especially regarding the sleeping arrangements, which created unnecessary stress just a few days before the trip. On arrival, the electronic door lock did not work and we had to contact support to get access. While a solution was provided, it added complexity, especially for a group of 8. It was also difficult to get clear answers throughout, and most of the communication felt automated/AI like. Not having a real person readily available made the experience feel unsupported. Additionally, WiFi was listed as an amenity but we were unable to find or access it during our stay.
