Helios Berlin Apartments

Great location, amazing hosts, clean and beautiful apartments. Second time staying with them and will probably stay with them again in the future

In a handy location for getting around the district with good transport links and Treptow Park nearby.

On a main road with a couple of all night clubs nearby. This made it a bit noisy even when the windows were closed.

It was close to where I needed to be and had a lot of space. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff was friendly and responded quickly when I told them about a problem with the WiFi.

The room was very close to Strahlauer Allee. This street gets a lot of traffic all day and night. So I could not open the window. Even with the window closed, it was still very loud. The room got quite hot despite the provided fan. The bed linen was very scratchy (It was from Erwin Müller!). On top of the mattress was a rubber coated sheet which felt bad and sweaty. I did not sleep well. The oven smelled like plastic when in use, there were dirty knives. The light in the bath room had only one setting: blindingly bright. As I had to pay the price of a good hotel room, I am not happy about this.
