The Hermannplatz subway station is about 250 meters away and offers quick access to the city center and BER Airport via the U7 and U8 lines.

Summary of House Rules:
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Check-in before 3:00 PM, check-out after 10:00 AM, and luggage storage are not permitted. You must vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Pets of any kind are NOT permitted.
- Children under 12 years of age cannot be accommodated.
- Bed linens and towels (2 per person) are included.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building (in the apartment, by the windows, in the stairwell, on balconies and terraces, etc.). If you smoke, you will be charged at least €200 and the reservation will be canceled immediately.
- Parties are not permitted in the apartment and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
- The apartment may only be used by the guests/persons listed on the registration certificate. Use by third parties or additional occupants is not permitted and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.
- A fee of €100 (for the lock system) will be charged for each lost key and must be paid in cash on site upon loss.
