Wroxham, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads National Park, offers river trips and daily boat hire to explore the expanse of waterways. A 50 minutes drive leads to the Heritage North Norfolk coast for sandy beaches, extensive salt marshes, RSPB reserves and the coastal path for excellent walking. Enjoy a boat trip to visit the basking seals and Blakeney Point nature reserve. Stately homes and parks include Sheringham NT, Holkham, Felbrigg, and Blickling Hall, regarded as the finest in East Anglia. The Royal Sandringham Estate and Museum is open to the public when the Royals are not in residence.
