Attractive cosy cottage conversion

Sympathetic attractive renovation of a genuinely old quirky house in the centre of town, with a parking space accessed via the back streets. Properly enclosed large back yard or paved garden was useful for the dog. Well equipped.

Top bedroom accessed via very steep stairs - not a problem for us but worth being aware of. Maybe a bit ‘cosy’ for a longer stay but for our weekend it was fine.

It was clean inside & very comfortable.

The garden box where the cushions were stored was full of Ants & the box itself was dirty, the garden table which had glass on the top was full of ants under the glass and you rent the property For in and outside so we didn’t really appreciate the outside not being cleaned. It wasn’t nice with ants all over the furniture.

Very clean and well stocked house with lots of character. And pets allowed too. The pictures do not do it justice. We spent Christmas here and had a lovely time.

Spacious, comfortable, historic house in the heart of Wymondham. A real find with a helpful host.

An old and characterful house in the heart of Wymondham, which was ideal for our purposes - a short walk from where we needed to be. The house was in good condition, clean and offering good facilities, including wi-fi and a well-equipped kitchen. All beds were comfortable and there was comfortable seating in the lounge for six people. The house is right in the heart of Wymondham with easy access to Norwich, the Broads and Norfolk coast. There is electric car charging in a car park close by, although not working when we were there. Host Sam was exceptionally helpful.

The access to the parking space at the rear of the house is a bit tight, especially for larger cars. In which case, reversing in is recommended.

The accommodation was very well equipped, oldy worldly and all mod cons at the same time. Beautifully furnished, comfortable and homely. Fresh and clean and in a great location for walking in to town. Great value for money. Sam responded quickly whenever I had a question and was very helpful.

Everything was perfect. Exactly what we needed.
