About this apartment rental

This cozy apartment in Paris is a haven of peace in the heart of the Marais, a few steps away from the Centre Pompidou, perfect for upto 6 guests.

The entrance gives onto the main room, which brings together the living space and the kitchen corner- dining room. Light colors and soothing tones of gray, light gray and lavender gray create a calm atmosphere in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the capital.

The marble fireplace, wrought iron balconies and antique engravings, reproductions of Renaissance paintings (Michelangelo, Titian), add a very Parisian character.

In the living room of this cozy apartment in Paris, exposed beams painted white give a refined touch, while a table separates the kitchen from the living room and offers an ideal dining area for convivial breakfasts. To the right of the front door is the bathroom, with its door decorated with mirrors. To the left is one of the two double rooms, bathed in soft light thanks to its two windows facing north. Finally, at the end of the living room, on the right, is the second double bedroom, in a more intense lavender gray tone, enhanced by two line drawings for a minimalist nod.

The bedding & washrooms-

• 1 bedroom with two single adjustable beds (2 x 90 x 200 or 180 x 200);
• 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed (160 x 200);
• 1 double sofa bed (160 x 200) located in the living room;
• 1 independent bathroom with toilet included.

This residence became a secondary residence since 1st June 2025. It allows now only mid term rental with the sign of a rental contract ( 30 nights minimum )
The Rue du Temple, very close to this cozy apartment in Paris, holds on to the memory of a medieval past that now exists only in the name of the district and street names. In the Temple quarter was found the “Enclos des Templiers”. The knights settled there in 1170, and remained there until the dissolution of the order in 1312.

A pleasant walk along the Square du Temple brings you to the Marché des Enfants Rouges, whose history dates back to 1628. It is the oldest covered market in Paris still in use. First called "Petit Marché du Marais", it takes the name "Les Enfants Rouges" in reference to the Hospice des Enfants Rouges, which once existed at the same spot of this market place. The residents of this orphanage created by Margaret of Navarre in 1534 would ware red clothing.

The Center Pompidou needs no further presentation, located on the Place Beaubourg, but it is also necessary to take time to visit the Atelier Brancusi, reconstituted on the square in front of the Center. The Atelier in its current state is not an identical copy of the studio of the artist, formerly impasse Ronsin, but Renzo Piano, to whom the project has been entrusted, has been faithful to the spirit of the place. The Under Construction art Gallery does not hesitate to take on the challenge of bold young talents by regularly offering "first exhibitions", as well as thematic exhibitions and personal exhibitions around a contemporary artist.

A shopping stop at Mellow Yellow, 32, rue de Turbigo: everyone will find a shoe to his foot in a light style and full of humor, very Parisian.

The pleasures of the table are also at rendezvous in the streets neighboring this cozy apartment in Paris. The coffee aficionados will take their first cup of caffeine of the day at Café Loustic. In this small shop coffee is a religion and the espresso is always "single origin".

For a little change of scenery at lunch, we head towards 205, rue Saint Martin. The MG Road restaurant serves Indian cuisine off the beaten track, revisited brilliantly by Manoj Sharma, a renowned London chef.

A few minutes walk from this appartement parisien cosy is the oldest house in Paris, the home of Nicolas Flamel. The latter claimed to possess the philosopher's stone and the legend made him an alchemist. A hint of magic still floats on the premises thanks to the Auberge Nicolas Flamel, located on the ground floor of the house. There are served delicious dishes that will enchant your taste buds.
