-Ease of communication to arrive and collection of the keys
- Location of the property withing walking distance and in Marais.
- Small breakfast pack which was thoughtful and provided as well as tea/coffee facilities.
- Lots of restaurants/bars/pubs direct outside the building or walking distance.
- Tour Effeil View from the window of the room
N0 Ac. It was summer and room on top and was very warm. Despite a fan provided it was not efficient and could not sleep well.
Also the water drainage in the bathroom not go faster and it ould fill up the shower quickly.

Instructions were very clear on how to get into the building, very easy to understand.
Probably needed more warning on how the stairs could make taking our luggage up a little bit more difficult. And then the space to actually store our bags was hard.

Location
Small toilet. Skinny people can’t sit down and have enough space for knees. No privacy to take a shower if you are a mom with your 15 yr old daughter.
