Marvellous stay in Deo Plaza in Gdańsk. Attractions, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops are very close to the hotel. The room and bathroom were very comfy and big. Nice, clean (as a former housekeeper, I know what I'm talking about 😉) and quiet. I asked for a transfer from the airport, and they organised everything for me 👏. The reception answered very quickly and professionally to all my questions. Entry instructions were clear, and all info was in the email. I arrived very late, and my card was waiting for me in the locker, but I still have contact with Reception. The sparkling wine was lovely, thanks 😊 Good advice for guests: Ask reception for a taxi or phone number, don't risk paying much more than you should."

My stay at this hotel left me with mixed impressions. First of all – the location is absolutely perfect! The hotel is situated on Chmielna Street, right in the heart of Gdańsk, so all the main attractions are within walking distance. It was also very easy to find the hotel. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning view from the window – truly breathtaking and unforgettable. It was definitely the best part of the experience. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room – the tables were not wiped, the floors hadn’t been cleaned properly, and my white socks turned black from walking on them. It seems that the cleaning service could be significantly improved. Despite that, the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. And in the end, the amazing view more than made up for the shortcomings!

Tolles Apartment - mit schönem Ausblick und kleinen Schwächen

Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Balkon und Blick auf die Rechtstadt. Tolle Lage und Aussicht, einfaches einchecken, gutes Bett, großer TV, alles hell und sauber. Super ist auch die Kochmöglichkeit. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl.

Faktisch funktionierte in unserem Zimmer das WiFi nur, wenn man bei der Eingangstür stand. Ärgerlich, denn wir hatten fest damit geplant und hatten im Zimmer keinen Empfang.. Das Frühstücksangebot im benachbarten Restaurant war lecker aber mit vier vordefinierten Optionen für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt sehr übersichtlich und schnell langweilig. Mehr als einen Kaffee gab es nicht. Von Mo-Do gab es nur Roomservice. Das klingt nach Luxus. Aber wenn das warme Frühstück kalt ist und der Kaffee vergessen wurde, ist das ärgerlich. Das TV-Angebot kannte keine internationale Sender oder Zugänge wie zB Netflix. Der große Fernseher war für uns dadurch wertlos.

Lokalizacja, czystość, przesympatyczna i bardzo pomocna obsługa i udogodnienia na miejscu.

Za każdym razem gdy wjeżdżałam lub wyjeżdżałam z parkingu musiałam dzwonić do obsługi by ktoś mnie wpuścił lub wypuścił.. za każdym razem byłam weryfikowana mimo, że uiściłam wcześniej opłatę za parking oraz zgłosiłam tablice rejestracyjne pojazdu.

J’ai réservé un studio pour 3 personnes il y avait uniquement un lit de 2 personnes le canapé lit tel que présenté sur la photo n’existait pas et était remplacé par un petit fauteuil à déplier dans lequel il était impossible de dormir nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel à nos frais Aucune écoute de l’hôtel pour changer la chambre qui n’est d’ailleurs pas un studio mais une chambre pour 2. Clairement une arnaque

Super für den Stadt Tourismus

Superlage mitten im Zentrum der Stadt, Nahverkehrsmittel waren gut erreichbar. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Bequemes Bett. Schlüsselkarte gab es in der Rezeption.

Fenster sind nicht ganz schalldicht. gegenüber des Zimmers lag ein Musikclub, sodass ie Gräusche herüberdringen.

Świetna lokalizacja , bardzo czysto , szampan na powitanie , wszędzie bardzo blisko , jeden z naszych najlepszych wyjazdów , Gdańsk jest naprawdę piekny napewno wrócimy i to w najbliższym czasie ☺️

Tredje person seng skuffende

Veldig god beliggenhet, god frokost selv om det er ikke opplyst at den er på et restaurant på den andre siden av hotellet og er la carte frokost , kun en kopp kaffe og juice inkludert. Hvis man vil ha mer , må betales.( på bildene på booking ser ut som vanlig hotell frokost servering). Gode senger, utenom 3 person seng.

Det står i annonsen at det er en spa hotell med basseng men det er ikke opplyst at den må betales (150 zt -ca 400kr pr person og 1,5 time, samt bruk av sauna , spa hører til et helt annet hotell). Vi kjøpte rom for 3 voksne personer 2 seng med sovesofa. På bildene på booking er en 2 seter sofa men på rommet vi fikk var det en enkelt stol som trekkes ut i seng som ligger så lavt og er meget ubehagelig å sove i. I og med at vi ba om extra overmadrass via e mail og ble lovet det ble ikke noe av. Vi fikk apartman i det bygget ( det er flere bygg med de) som ligger i gå gaten og det var nattklubb rett over, det var støy og musikk til kl 04 om natten så lite sovn. Dessverre alt i alt litt skuffende spes på tanken at man får bilder fra de riktige apartman etter at man har betalt og på booking og bestilling står noe helt annet.

Jedynym plusem całego pobytu było śniadanie wykupione w restauracji nad Motławą – smaczne i w miłej lokalizacji.

Niestety pobyt rozczarowujący – nie polecam. Instrukcje dotyczące dotarcia do apartamentu były mało czytelne, co znacznie utrudniło zameldowanie. Sam apartament okazał się bardzo mały, a telewizor zamontowano w miejscu niewygodnym do oglądania z łóżka. Widok z okna nieatrakcyjny, a droga do mieszkania wymaga pokonania wielu drzwi i korytarzy, co jest uciążliwe. Cena jest zdecydowanie wygórowana w stosunku do standardu i wielkości apartamentu.

Moderní apartmán, vynikající poloha, pulsující atmosféra místa. Spousta restaurací i obchůdků. Vybavená kuchyňka, malá lednička, nabídka čajů, 3 kapsle kávy (na 3 dny a 3 osoby). láhev sektu byla příjemná. Předplacené parkování (80 zl./noc) v podzemních garážích dostupných výtahem z budovy

Instrukce ke vstupu po internetu. Po obdržení karty na recepci ji potřebujete cestou na pokoj přiložit 4x a před samotným vstupem do pokoje ještě číselný kód. Doporučuji printscreen instrukcí, protože na chodbách budovy jsem (alespoň já) nechytala data pro mobil, musela jsem vyběhnout znovu ven těmi nepříjemně navoněnými klaustrofobními chodbami, které oddělují těžké dveře. Instrukce doporučuji upravit ve smyslu např. - a po naťukání kódu stiskněte znak # U mikrovlnné trouby chyběl otočný talíř. Malinká lednička při nižším než nejvyšším stupni tekla. Večer se budovou nese vzdálený hluk z hudební produkce kdesi v bloku budov. U parkovací brány se měla číst předem hlášená registrační značka, ani jednou se nezdařilo, vždy jsme museli pár minut čekat na ověření dle předplaceného místa (jeden večer nám na něm stálo jiné vozidlo) při vjezdu i výjezdu.

W naszym pokoju była zepsuta klimatyzacja, jedna z pań wpadła na świetny pomysł rozwiązania sytuacji żeby wyłączyć korkami, na szczęście po rozszczeniach został zmieniony pokój na dogodniejszy także super polecam
