I liked the location. More near everything and easy to get to the mall and other places to go.

I didn’t like how the pictures show so different looks than in reality it did not look like that.

Best of all – the location. Close to restaurants, with a lovely view of the river and marina. Overall, I was happy with the stay. The apartment is spacious and airy – with just three of us staying in a place meant for six, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and not feel on top of each other.

The flat is fairly well equipped, but definitely showing signs of wear and tear. No coffee machine, broken chairs on the balcony, a stained ceiling in the kitchen, and cobwebs in two of the bedrooms. The shower cabins were working, but not perfectly, and the rain shower in the en-suite bathroom wasn’t functioning at all. There were also some visible water stains or damage in that bathroom. On the downside – cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The floors had been vacuumed, but only half-heartedly, and there was a noticeable layer of dust under the living room furniture. It felt like the cleaning had been done in a bit of a rush. All in all, the apartment is functional, spacious and well laid out – but it could really do with a bit of a facelift. One real downside was that we only got one front door key – even though we were given three key cards, there was just a single key to get into the flat, which made things a bit awkward at times.

Location, very central & walking distance to all activities. It was very quiet

Mirrored toilet flush not cleaned from previous occupiers. Toilet seat huge crack. Lats under bed broken, rapped with black duck tape & not inserted correctly. Wardrobe spring broken, no knobs on doors to open them. Ironing board cover missing & steam iron leaked. Freezer compartment full of ice. Table wabbling had to tighten up all 4 legs. Latch on door faulty, you could push the door open from outside when you closed the door. Part of the door frame coming away from the wall. Have email Dom & House & emailed photos of the above.

Location is great and the view from the apartment is nice.

I was aware that there is no ac but I was expecting to have some fans. There were none. This apartment gets very hot and it made sleeping difficult. With the windows open you hear all the noise from outside. One of the bedrooms has a sofabed that is super uncomfortable and it wasn’t prepared. The key collection point for the apartment is about 15-20 mins walk away. And that is annoying with all the luggage.
