I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything was at the highest standard - from the comfort of the room to the quality of service. A special thank you to Zosia at the reception, who was extremely kind, helpful and professional, and also to the room service staff member who took such good care of everything during my stay. Their warmth and attention to detail made the experience even better. I will definitely come back and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The reception and the hotel overall looked really nice and felt very fancy. The reception staff was really nice and the room itself on arrival was clean and pleasant.

The reception staff for the spa area was particularly rude. On arrival our check in was delayed and we needed a towel and they refused to give it to us, after 10 minutes they offered to rent us one towel for 100 zl which was insane and we just felt quite judged for even asking as they looked at us like we're thieves and trying to steal the towel. When we actually booked the spa next day the receptionist was again unpleasant and did not answer any of our questions, when actually arriving to the swimming pool the pool was cold and could not be even used, everyone used the jacuzzi area as it was the only warm place which was really dissapointing considering we paid 180 zl to use the pool for an hour. The cleaning service on arrival was nice but the next day cleaning was messy and they did not even clean it properly, only made up our bed.
