Granaria Premium Suites by Downtown Apartments

We stayed in the 2 Bedroom with Balcony apartment for 2 weeks and it turned out very well. Make sure you open the attachments they send, as they have several pictures to help you find the correct entrance. All of the doors have key codes, which is great. We’re right in the middle of all the action, but our apartment was tucked away facing the courtyard so it was very quiet. There are MANY restaurants here, but we also liked to cook at home a few times. There is a full grocery store about a 7 min walk away. All of the appliances worked well, with a large fridge and freezer. However, the cookware is limited and there were no basics like salt/pepper/oil so you need to get that yourself. The living area is comfortable, but I don’t think the couch would hold 4 people. There is a large, smart TV and very fast internet. There are large windows which face out to the courtyard and we had a small balcony. The bedrooms are adequate size and have the necessities like a dresser, side table and electrical outlets. The beds are pretty firm and you have lots of pillows to choose from. The air conditioner works almost too well and we were always comfortable. The bathroom is quite large, with lots of counter space. The shower is good sized, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Nice toiletries and plenty of toilet paper is provided. The washing machine is great, but you need to provide your own detergent (the drying rack is quite small).

While this is a great apartment, there are a few things that would have made it perfect. The kitchen is lacking in some basic equipment like a peeler, serrated knife or toaster. And you cant purchase the Nespresso coffee pods in any of the nearby stores. The motion sensor lights in the building don’t work well, and good luck finding where to throw away your garbage. But these are all minor things. I wish we would have stayed longer

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, and located in an excellent central position. The online customer support team on the chat was always polite, responsive, and helpful.

The experience with the front office staff ruined our stay. Arriving around 9:00 PM, we were locked outside because access codes require an external online registration. A staff member was sitting inside the reception with the lights off, and after calling for help for half an hour, she opened the door completely annoyed, offered zero assistance, and shut the door in our face. The next morning, we reported hairs on the small white pillows. The same staff member was at the front desk, pretended not to even see the dirt and hair in the photos I showed her, acted bothered, and didn't log our request properly. By 5:00 PM the covers still weren't replaced, and we had to contact chat support again to get a cleaner to come.

De var umuligt og finde og pigen i reception blev nærmest sur da vi bad om hjælp. Det viste sig så, at hun havde givet os forkerte instruktioner til at finde lejligheden. Dårlig bruser. Helt utroligt meget larm fra gangen, de andre lejligheder og udenfor.
