Location, facilities and room. Roof top bar excellent. Housekeeping team wonderful and effective.
The people looking after the lobby bar and guest tea/coffee facilities were on their phones and not guest focused. The guests areas were often in need of replenishment and cleaning but still they looked at their phones. Restaurant needs some work. Service was basic. Menu not very inspiring.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful Hotel and rooms in the center of Gdansk. Location was amazing. The hotel had the most comfortable bed and pillows of any hotel we have ever stayed in. The black out curtains in the room along with the bed and pillows made for an amazing restful nights sleep 😴

The little touches in reception areas were most appreciated, free cold water, tea and coffee. The use of hotel bicycles to explore further wider city areas was great😊
We would highly recommend the Puro Hotel in Gdansk.
Street noise, early morning around 6 am every day. But did not spoil the hotel experience😁

Nice location, nice interior, friendly staff
Lack of natural light. There was a window in the room but internal without any view, just a wall 10 metered behind the window. It was always dark in the room or you need to use artificial light which is crazy in sunny summer day

Room faces interior hallway and courtyard and has no exterior window. Rooms are also very tight for 2 people.
