Didn’t receive any check code to check so had to ask for help which was given by a friendly worker. The room didn’t have two towels so had to call and request more, which was promptly received. So apart from this the room was clean and very modern. Will definitely book again.

The hotel is modern and clean overall, new, but it lacks a lot of what is desired from a 4 star hotel.
The hotel has a lot of additional perks, like fussball table, self service for coffee, pool table, library, laundry room, kitchen, which is a good thing, but for a 4 star hotel, it lacks in the most important areas.
First of all, you receive no TV in the room. It is not a deal breaker for us, but nevertheless for a 4 star hotel, this should be standard.
The housekeeping is only done after three days, so be prepared to have your room dirty, thrash and towels not changed for three days (how many people stay for more than 3 nights in Gdansk?).
Additionally, the power outlets are very poor positioned (at the other side of the bed, no table, so you put your phone on the floor, next to your feet). You have lamp next to the bed, but no power outlet, so it's only for decor.
The bathroom ventilation did not work and the room ventilation was set on 23 degrees, no matter how much you would raise the temperature in the room, so if it's cold outside, you cannot heat up the room.
We were a couple, but only had one pillow on the bed, we had to find the other one ourselves.
The worst part was that during our stay we didn't have any hot water, or at least warm water for a shower, so we had to take cold showers every day. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.
The check in and check out is done by you. For our check-in, we were supposed to receive a code from the hotel via mail, which we did not, so we had to rely on the staff to help us with a manual check-in.
Overall, it wasn't worth the money and had a lot of problems. Wouldn't recommend
