Mieszkanie na wysokim poziomie, czysto, przestronnie, basen super dodatek. Dwie łazienki na plus.

Lokalizacja na duży plus, wszędzie blisko, widok z okna na Motławe robi wrażenie, przestrzenne pomieszczenia w apartamencie
Hałas z ulicy, właściwie cały czas, od rana do nocy, albo przyjeżdża towar do żabki na dole i uderzają czym się da, albo klienci krzyczą. Okna kiepsko wyciszają, ale mam świadomość że to urok w każdym większym mieście w samym centrum. Trzeba się z tym pogodzić. Duży minus za fakt, że ciężko dostać się na basen, limit 20 osób na taki apartamentowiec to mało, poza tym jednego dnia woda była zimna (w basenie i w jacuzzi), sauny raz działają raz nie. Pokoje wymagają remontu, są już mocno wyeksploatowane, ktoś może zrobić sobie krzywdę siadając na popsute krzesła (widać że były już naprawiane ale coś nie wyszło)

Standard, zniszczone wyposażenie mieszkania, łazienka - część kąpielowa do remontu, kanapa w pokoju w opłakanym stanie. Basen i strada fitnes - nie polecam.
