A few details regarding cleanliness could be improved, but the host was responsive and handled the situation very professionally.

Location overall is simply amazing. Great views of the park. I had chosen this specifically because I was planning to walk in the parks to get to where I needed. You have lots of restaurants around you, a supermarket open late and it’s close to the Subway station. But that’s about it that I loved about the property.

Checkout is at 10am which I found very early compared to other properties, but I figured they’d clean more since they have time from 10 to 16 to clean, right? Wrong. Property was very dusty. For a window of 6 hours in between stays, I was expecting it to be spotless, but all they did was change linens (I hope) and put some clean towels on the bed. You can checkout later, you just need to pay extra. Parking is also extra. There is city parking nearby, but share outdated information about the green zone parking (you need to pay 24/24 not 10-18). If you want the jacuzzy mentioned in the title, that’s extra. At this rate, I wonder maybe the actual cleaning was extra and I didn’t realize.
