Very nice apartment , brand new building , very clean , very good new appliances , the host was super helpful with everything , lots of parking spots , very close to Arenele Romane , I totally recommend this for staying in Bucharest .

The apartment was beautiful , perfectly suitable for families or group of friends , two separate bedrooms with two bathrooms , well equipped , brand new electronics and appliances , the building itself is new. The host was super helpful with every request , the cleaning ladies were very professional .I liked the design of this apartment .Parking available .Also very close for concerts at Arenele Romane(walking distance) , Ateneul Roman and Old town centre . I totally recommend this for staying in Bucharest .

It’s a very beautiful and new flat. I just felt secure and loved it so much. You can self check in and don’t even need a key! The furniture is brand new and comfy. The owner was very very nice and helped me a lot! You have your own designated parking space on private ground, which is nice to have! Near the flat is a nice park for walking the dog. To bucarest old town you can just take the tram 7 or 47 (around 5 Minutes to walk from the flat). Its really easy and the tram are coming often. I absolutely would choose the flat again if I return to bucarest!
The Building is not finished, so the elevator was quite dirty. But that is not the fault of the owner of the flat. Just a heads up- good to know:)

The apartment is very new, well equipped, spacious and extremely clean. We felt very comfortable.
The check in process is also very streamlined, and the hosts are very friendly.
Exceptional if you have a car, as parking is included and it's very easy to get to main landmarks by car.
The location is not the best. It is very good for daytime travelling, but we didn't feel comfortable when walking back from Arenele Romane after a concert (and this was at 10PM).
During the daytime I'd use public transport, but at night I'd use a car or a service like Bolt or Uber.
