The main issue was that they had a problem with the door access system on the ground floor. They were unable to resolve it for a whole week. I had to wait outside for people to come in and out in order to gain access to my room. While I can understand that this out of the hosts control to an extent it was still frustrating to deal with.
Additionally the substantial holding deposit they take took over a month to come back, so do be aware of that too.
Staff were good and responsive with communication though.

Good location. Very clean with lovely deco. Supplies of tea,coffee and sugar. Enough towels, toiletries and hairdryer.
Comfortable beds. Lovely sunrise view. Easy to use heating.
