Sia - Old Town I Free street parking I Self check-in

We loved staying in an old soviet building, but the apartment itself was modern and cozy. There was lots of space to spread out and we could walk to everything we wanted to see and do in Bucharest. The host was responsive and offered tips and ideas for our stay. We were lucky to find free street parking right out front; it's not reserved, but there is quite a bit of turnover of cars, so we were able to leave ours just steps from the front door.

Appartement propre, fonctionnel, bien situé, proche de tout. Le propriétaire est disponible et répond rapidement aux messages. Avant notre arrivée, il nous a envoyé des messages avec des conseils et recommandations pour les musées, les visites , les restos ou les cafés. Nous tenons lui remercier.

L'ascenseur était à l'arrêt pour révision.

There's great location.

1.The apartment is not well laid out. There are no hooks or hangers for shoes and jackets. The drawer near the entrance is full of old, useless items such as an old TV and pieces of plastic. 2. There is a bad smell in the kitchen, no paper towels and a leaking coffee machine water tank. 3. The clothes smell bad, like they have been used and washed. The blankets smell bad too. 4. The AC controller doesn't have batteries – see the attached picture. 5. The parking space offered by the owner was the last and worst. On the day of arrival, I parked as the owner had described. The next day, the code for the padlock on the parking area gates had been changed, so I could not access my car at all. After contacting the owner, I found out that the building administrator had changed the padlock code and that I would need to contact the administrator to move my car from the parking space. The next day, I met the administrator, who told me that parking there is prohibited. Luckily, he didn't call the police. So the information given by the owner about parking is false. Please take this into account before booking this apartment.
