Locație plăcută, atmosferă relaxantă. Apartamentul este foarte mare, curat și frumos amenajat. Dispune de toate facilitățile: internet, aer condizionat, doua băi (foarte util pentru familii), parcare in apropiere la un pret foarte rezonabil. Este localizat excelent, chiar pe Bulevardul Decebal, o zona bine conectată cu restul orașului. În apropiere se găsesc numeroase restaurante pentru toate gusturile și buzunarele. Proprietarul a fost extrem de amabil și disponibil. Recomand cu încredere această locație.

Absolut senzațional ,proprietarul a fost foarte înțelegător și implicat ,ne a ajutat foarte mult pentru a avea un sejur perfect .

Locație ok, cu acces la transportul public, supermarket peste strada de locație.
Apartamentul necesita mentenanță în multe zone din casa, câteva prize desprinse din perete, ușa de la întrare este defecta și necesita atenție, în baia mare cada are siliconul plin de mucegai, gândaci de bucătărie.
