Apartamentul este modern și bine întreținut. Curățenia ok Dotările sunt noi și funcționale. Check-in-ul a fost simplu. Gazda a comunicat politicos la început.
Am stat o singură noapte, într-o perioadă cu temperaturi sub zero grade afară. A doua zi urma să plecăm spre Turcia, aveam nevoie să ne odihnim și să ne spălăm. Încălzirea nu a funcționat deloc, din cauza unei defecțiuni la centrală, problemă existentă în tot blocul. Nu a existat apă caldă. Nu am putut face duș și nu am putut dormi din cauza frigului. Am plecat dimineața extrem de obosiți, după o noapte dificilă. Gazda a recunoscut problema și ne-a transmis atunci că, drept compensație pentru disconfortul creat, ne va oferi o noapte gratuită la o viitoare rezervare. Am încercat ulterior să beneficiem de această ofertă, însă la acel moment nu exista disponibilitate. Am reluat recent solicitarea, însă de câteva zile nu am primit niciun răspuns. În acest context, promisiunea comunicată inițial nu a fost onorată.
