A perfect cozy stay! Would Happily Stay Here Again!

My stay in this studio apartment was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent – just a short walk from the city center, yet in a peaceful area. The apartment is on the ground floor and features a lovely private courtyard, perfect for starting the day with the sound of birds chirping. The space is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with everything you might need. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a generous hospitality set including a breakfast basket, slippers, single-use shampoo and shower gel, toothbrush with toothpaste, and coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine. A truly delightful experience – ideal for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and a convenient base to explore the city. I would happily stay here again!

Es acogedor, tiene lo justo y necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad y alrededores. Perfecto para disfrutar de una estancia tranquila en pareja. El alojamiento hace justicia a su nombre :)

Nos faltaron algunos utensilios de cocina y que estos estuvieran más limpios, así como algún trapo para la cocina; tuvimos que usar las toallas de baño pequeñas. Tanto el grifo de la cocina como la alcachofa de la ducha funcionan un poco mal. No es nada grave, pero acaba siendo incómodo si te alojas varios días. El sistema de la basura es un poco complicado, ya que funciona con recogida puerta a puerta y con horario; es decir, que los huéspedes se tienen que encargar de sacarla cuando toca. No es muy práctico, porque cuando puedes tirarla quizá no tienes nada y cuando quieres hacerlo no puedes. Nosotros nos encontramos plástico y cartón de los anteriores huéspedes; no nos molestó, pero tampoco es muy agradable. La orgánica y la del baño estaban vacías y todo limpio (por si quedaban dudas). En el baño, de vez en cuando ascendía un olor fuerte de las tuberías. Deberían revisarlo porque es algo preocupante. Aparte de esto, ¡todo muy bien! Son solo aspectos que mejoraría y que harían la estancia mucho mejor de lo que ya es :)

Abbastanza bene , la città è molto bella!

Struttura comodo per la posizione e parcheggio auto, molto gentile la signora che ci ha permesso ingresso anzitempo

Sicuramente le finestre sono da modificare : oltre la vetustà, sono a vetro singolo e si chiudono malamente…tenendo presente che si affacciano lungo la strada che è trafficata con passaggio mezzi anche di notte…!

Goede communicatie, maar vochtproblemen

De communicatie verliep prima en het welkomstpakket was attent.

De kamer was echter erg vochtig, met een aanhoudende muffe geur (er stonden drie geurverfrissers op amper 24 m²). De verwarming werkte enkel op vaste uren, afgestemd op werkuren, en stond nog ingesteld op zomeruur. De handdoeken drogen niet en de keukenkraan staat los. Jammer, want met wat onderhoud en afstelling zou dit een aangenaam verblijf kunnen zijn.

Todo perfecto - super aconsejado

He alojado en este estudio y la experiencia ha sido realmente agradable. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajada. Aprecié especialmente el set de bienvenida, cuidado en cada detalle. Aunque se encuentra en una calle por donde pasan coches, el apartamento es muy silencioso porque da al interior, lo que garantiza tranquilidad y descanso.

Parfait pour se reposer

J’ai passé un super séjour dans cet appart. Tout est bien entretenu, propre et accueillant. Ce que j’ai le plus aimé, c’est le calme, même si l’endroit est plutôt central.
