helpful staff - office was closed when we arrived but the guy there saw us struggling and guided us through the caravan

Brilliant overall.
Everything was good, kids loved it, very nice location, nice quiet getaway for the family. Beds were uncomfortable, perhaps normal divan beds should be considered.

We had a wonderful stay.
The caravan was very comfortable and cosy. Everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s difficult to find but the way we did it was find van number 1 look for the Leeds flag turn right 😂 never failed. The club on site does beautiful food at a reasonable price too.

Recommended stay for those who enjoy caravanning - couples and small families
Nice, clean, very well presented caravan - expansive kitchen area with all appliances on hand; bathroom nice and spacious; comfy bed (main bedroom, didn't use the smaller twin); super sun-facing terrace with privacy netting, decorated with solar powered fairy lights. A good value stay and would definitely recommend for those who enjoy caravanning. The caravan easily accommodates a family of four
Nothing really in relation to the caravan itself. The caravan is pitched on a road off the lakes so you don't get a view of same but there are the small copse fir trees over to the right of the terrace Bit awkward to find, although the host kindly sent a plan of the site in advance which certainly helped. Point to note - you'll need the caravan sales office to let you in at the site barrier on first arrival (best to head on into the office in advance, to inform them of your arrival) - I guess for those arriving late, there's a security hut on the opposite side of the entrance that would likely do the same. Restaurant down on the main lake shut early on the bank hol mon which conspired to mess up our plans, but we did manage to find a nice Indian restaurant offsite in the end

Amazing!!
I can’t even put into words how amazing my stay here was. I couldn’t find the caravan and the lady and her husband contacted me and took me to the caravan and then all the little bits inside a guest kit for little things you’ll forget! Beds are so comfy, and the caravan it self is beautiful. All lights up at night! Smells lovely when you walk in too. The complex itself is gorgeous. Amazing views.
