Sehr gute und ruhige Lage mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen direkt auf der Straße. Durch Erdgeschoss-Lage und hohe Decken auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen nicht zu warm. Alles an Grundausstattung vorhanden.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schwierig, zwei Fragen wurden nicht beantwortet (Anreise ab 13:00 Uhr und Frage nach Lage der Parkplätze). Außerdem wurde kein Foto von der sehr versteckt angebrachten Schlüsselbox geschickt (erst auf Nachfrage vor der Haustür). Zum Glück war der Vermieter dann erreichbar.

Schönes, großes, sauberes Apartment. Bequemes Bett. Nähe zum ÖPNV, zu Geschäften. Gepflegtes, ruhiges Haus. Getränke und Begrüssungssüssigkeiten waren echt goldig!
Die Küchenausstattung ist mau. Garderobe und Schuhablage bei schlechtem Wetter fehlen. Sehr wenige Kleiderbügel. Kein Kleiderschrank.

Локацията е добра. Апартамента е на приземен етаж във вътрешен двор в който се съхраняват кофите за боклук на целия блок. Сутрин като събират боклуците много шумно и се нарушава съня. Няма дневна светлина в апартамента, защото завесите трябва да са спуснати. Няма гардероб и с наложи дрехите ми да стоят 12 дни в куфарите. Има миялна машина, но липсваха капсули. Има перална машина, но липсваха капсули. Има кафе машина, но няма капсули за кафе. Все пак една капсула струва 40 цента. Не препоръчвам.
