Außergewöhnlich geschmackvolle Ferienunterkunft in guter Lage. Angenehm ruhig, perfekte Verdunklubg, mit eigenem Garten.

Alles Bestens - der Wasserhahn im Bad war etwas ausgeleiert, was aber nicht weiter störte. Schlüsselkasten klemmte bei Abreise, aber dank direkt erreichbarer und sehr freundlicher Notfallhotline konnte schnell eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Die kleine Terrasse, die Lage, der Innenhof, tolle Möglichkeit die Fahrräder unterzustellen, sehr ruhig im Innenhof. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Eigentlich nur, dass die Badezimmer Tür schwer zu schließen und öffnen war. Aber das kann man beheben, sonst war alles perfekt, auch die Nachbarschaft

Wat gedoe met binnen komen, het wordt als comfortabel gezien om met je telefoon een deur te openen, ik heb liever een sleutel.

Location is great if you want to spend more time in the west part of the city. Pretty close to U line, with a few grocery stores in the area. Good internet, clean facilities, very tasty tea, variety of coffee pods. Decently sized fridge, toaster, salt/pepper in the cabinets. Ground floor location was not a problem as apartment is basically in a private courtyard.

The biggest issue was with the lock of the apartment. On the check in it was not opening neither from the webpage nor provided code. As it was late at night, sent message was not read till morning nor I was able to talk to 24/7 phone support (was on wait for around 15 minutes, but no response). By some miracle, after almost 30 minutes of try and fail, door opened through the webpage. However, olin the morning the problem was back. Support was replying with the intervals of 1 hour, and all in all it took 5 hours to be able to get the solution (get the physical key). On the checkout day, cleaning lady arrived half hour early, was hanging in the courtyard (that’s okay, just was unusual as courtyard is pretty private). 15 minutes before checkout, she introduced herself and said that she was waiting. Although I do understand time constraints with the cleaning, it was pretty uncomfortable. Material of the bedsheets was pretty weird. Socket in the bedroom is near one side of the bed, not the other. Shower had funky smell to it.
