About this apartment rental
This is a beautiful, bright 3-room apartment on the 6th floor (with elevator) offering views from the dome of Charlottenburg Palace all the way to Spandau. The apartment is located directly on Richard-Wagner-Platz next to Charlottenburg City Hall and can be rented individually or together with a 2-room apartment, as the apartments are connected by a soundproof double door that the owner opens as needed. Right next to the building is the Richard-Wagner-Platz subway station on Line 7, Berlin’s longest subway line, which intersects with all other subway lines. The M 45 bus line from Bahnhof Zoo to Spandau also stops right in front of the building. Garage parking is available for an additional fee.

The apartment was well located and was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The furniture and walls, however, could badly use a refresh, just as the door to the balcony was a bit heavy to handle.

The apartment was perfect. Two bedrooms, two shower/bathrooms, great balcony and well appointed...Easily accessible from the subway and conveniently located near grocery, restaurants and the castle. However it is on the 5th floor (I missed this info) which is fine if the elevator is working. It wasn't, so 6 flights of stairs daily was a lot, especially with luggage. We would definitely stay here again, but know that if the owner says the elevator isn't working, you'll get your literal steps (over 100) in each way.

The place is worn down and in urgent need of attention the door too the balcony is broken and has been broken for a long time witch indicates lack off maintenance;(
It’s drafting from the windows and door in the living room.
The whole place need the be painted and refurnished
The sofa is full of stains and so is the carpet.
Compared to the price it was disappointing.
Hope the owner will do something about this
