Completed in June 2024, this beautifully designed loft apartment is just two tram stops from Berlin Central Station, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. With impressive 3.6-meter ceilings, luxurious interiors, and space for up to 6 guests, the loft combines style, comfort, and functionality.

The Space

The apartment features a stylish bedroom in the quiet rear section, complete with a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, a separate guest toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with premium Bosch and Siemens appliances—including an induction cooktop and microwave—provide all the comforts needed for both short and extended stays.

At the front of the loft, you'll find a bright and airy open-plan living area with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The highlight is a handcrafted architectural cube with two levels, featuring two cozy queen-size beds (160 × 200 cm each) and comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Together with the separate bedroom, the apartment sleeps up to six guests in total.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment has a private entrance directly from the street. Thoughtfully designed privacy screening ensures that you can enjoy the space completely undisturbed.

Your comfort is our priority. All beds are equipped with premium Emma mattresses, while designer furniture by DREIECK DESIGN, high-end Bosch and Siemens appliances, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi create a truly exceptional stay.

The apartment is just a 7-minute walk from Vabali Spa—one of Berlin’s most popular wellness retreats and the perfect place to unwind. Supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and playgrounds are all within easy reach, making the neighborhood ideal for both leisure and longer stays.

As the apartment is located on the ground floor facing a lively street with tram traffic, some noise from outside may occasionally be noticeable. Guests looking for a vibrant city atmosphere will feel right at home, while light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs.

Additional Information

Subject to availability, we can arrange an early check-in from 2:00 PM or a late check-out until 12:00 PM (noon) through our cleaning company. The fee is €30 for either service, or €60 for both. Please let us know as early as possible to maximize availability.
