Our stay was oke. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Good location, close to the U Bahn. Friendly owner. Only we two times a bad experience with one of the neighbors. The man was yelling loud to my daughters, and they were crying because of his agrassive behavior.

We went to Berlin for the first time and this property was perfect after long travel. It is convenient to the subway station, in a quiet neighborhood but no more than 20 minutes to big sights, and it was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

The appartment is OK if you want to stay for just a few days. For a longer stay too expensive and way to few parking possibilities (PUBLIC parking).
Payment was a bit weird - host wanted to pickup the rest of the money in cash during our stay (even when we were not at home) - we decided do transfer the money.
Checkin via Keysafe was easy. Location was nice & near to public transport.
