Casa accogliente, pulita e comoda. Posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla fermata della U2 che porta in centro in una mezz’oretta.
Suggerirei alcune modifiche. Innanzitutto la porta, vecchia e rumorosa. Inoltre essendo l’appartamento uno dei 5 della struttura, si sentono tutte le porte che si aprono e si chiudono, proprio perché vecchie. Il bagno era pulito e con rubinetteria nuova ma il resto vecchio e da sostituire, inoltre bagno non finestrato con ventola non funzionante. Cucina con tutti elettrodomestici nuovo ed efficienti, migliorerei la cura delle pareti e sinceramente lascerei per gli ospiti almeno sale, olio e zucchero. Non c’era assolutamente nulla e abbiamo dovuto comprarlo. Ultima cosa bisognerebbe lasciare almeno scopa e paletta, siamo stati una settimana in quattro, una spazza sarebbe servita.

Es un apartamento para 3 personas y no tiene armarios para colgar la ropa, solo una estantería, teniendo en cuenta que nuestra estancia fue de 6 días.
